Our Products


We pride ourselves in only offering top quality, well built, heavy duty fireplace and wood stove products and accessories that you will enjoy for many years. Most of our products have a lifetime warranty. There is no comparison between what we carry and the discount lumber, general merchandise stores.
We have many more items than what we show in the shopping cart. If you don't see it here, please give us an e-mail for what you are looking for and we'll get you the info for it.
We realize that pictures and descriptions don't give you the "hands on" feel that you would have in person, so if you have any questions about an item, just give us an e-mail or call at 812-876-5074. We'll be glad to answer any of your questions.

Payment Methods


We use PayPal for accepting credit card orders. We have found PayPal to be a very secure way of handling on-line payments. Thru PayPal you may use any of your credit cards without the worry of any of your personal or financial information being compromised. No third parties will ever have access to your credit card information.

We are also happy to accept money orders and personal checks, payable to Ye Olde Chimney Sweep. Money order payments are processed the same day we receive them, personal checks unfortunately will have to clear before the order is shipped, usually within 10 days. Please make sure you provide us with your name, shipping address, phone and of course the item numbers you are ordering. Don't forget the shipping charges. An e-mail to give us a head's up on the order would be very helpful.

When Your Order Arrives


To help us help you, be sure to check all packages upon delivery for damages before signing for them. Have the driver wait while you open boxes and inspect your merchandise. It's worth a few minutes of your time to thoroughly inspect your shipment. When accepting delivery always check the number of packages you receive with the number of packages you sign for.

Damaged Items


We make every effort to make sure your order is carefully packaged to reach you in perfect condition. Sometimes things do happen in transit which are beyond our control. If you should receive a damaged item or have missing items please e-mail us or call 812-876-5074 at once to let us know what the problem is. We will file all claims for you if we are notified immediately and take steps to correct the problem.

We want to hear about it! So please e-mail us or give us a call 812-876-5074 Monday-Friday. We value your business and will make every effort to correct any problems with our products or service.

Returns


No goods will be accepted after 90 days of invoice date due to possible packaging and/or product changes. All returned goods must be sent back in their original box in unused, resalable condition. Goods are to be returned along with a copy of the packing slip, to the distribution center from which they were originally shipped. Be sure to include your return address on the outside and inside of every package. You are responsible for freight charges back to our distribution center. Goods returned within 30 days of invoice date are not subject to a restocking fee. Returns between 30 and 90 days of invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A credit will be issued on your account for goods returned. Please call us at 812-876-5074 for further information on how to return goods.
